With the dawn of the New Year, loads of people get zealous about making new resolutions. To a large extent, many of these resolutions revolve around getting fit and staying healthy. In fact, gyms and health clubs see a noticeable spike in new enrollments at the beginning of the year.

When your brain keeps receiving these visual cues on a constant basis, it is much easier to get yourself up and working towards your goals.

2. Get A Workout Buddy: Working out can be a bit more fun when you have a friend to join you! Not only that, even on days when you don’t feel like dragging yourself out of bed, the thought that someone is waiting for you at the gym or running track, will give you that extra push. Healthy competition is a plus and you could have a friendly competition with your friend about how many kilos each of you have lost or how much weights you both could lift or how many squats you both have been able to pull off or how many miles you both have run.
